[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Charging vas without subscription | |||||
I have been using idea 3g data card for past 4 months, but the have been started to charge the vas charges for past 2 months. This is absolutely fraud with customers. As they are saying this is third party links and do not have any control. Then why is first place they are allowing such links to appear. I have never requested for vas or subscription of any such services. I had sent mail to deactivate the service but instead of deactivating the service they are charging twice for one more another service activation. They have saying they have no logs of which service has been activated nor any control of deactivation as it is third party. Who has asked you to give third party service? [protected]@idea. Same thing is happening with me. Idea charging for some VAS without taking approval from me. How can Idea pay to any Service provider on my behalf without taking approval from me?
