[Resolved] Idea Cellular — cheating customers by providing wrong information

I have made a recharge of 249 which provides unlimited local calls and a data of 1 gb. Even i was informed the same after activating it. But when i was on cal suddenly it was disconnected and when i enquired in the customer care, they say you have activated this pack but it has a cap of 250 minutes per day on phone calls. Now it should have been informed before me activating the product but it is misinformed as unlimited. This amounts to cheating a customer by providing wrong information. Was this information helpful? well miss lakshmi your T&C never specified the limitation on call duration and meaning o[censored]nlimited is not having any limits. Either correct your vocabulary or stop fooling people on the pretext o[censored]nlimited local calls.
