[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Cheating of idea cellular | |||
Sir, Today i searched for the offers for recharging which was provided by the said cellular company by pressing *121#. I found an option of rate cutter by option no.3 which was offering 30 paisa per minute std/local calls for 45 days on payment of rs.9. I followed their instructions. They deducted rs.9 from my account also. Within seconds i got their message and i was shocked by reading the message that the offer is valid only for 3 days which is applicable only for local calls. I played my number [protected] bill amount from last 2 days.still my connection is not active. I already call customer care executive for 3-4 times. But still my connection not activate. I loss very important calls from last 2 days.and very angry on Idea company.
