As per our telecon, you've been charged accordingly as per your plan, pack and usage charges. Also, we would like to inform you that you've been charged for data over usage post freebies. Hence, case has been closed.

My plan is 28 days, 28 GB unlimited calls,
You are not even explaining how that overage freebies are taken into consideration.
How can you close a complaint without resolving it?
Is this kind of service Idea provides to customers?

Updated by Sai6644 "Over usage post freebies", can you explain me how you have calculated this?
At the same time, I have used 4.4GB from 15th Nov to 23rd Nov, and never exceeded 1GB daily limit those days.
Can you tell me how you calculated over usage data? And why you have taken some other plan into consideration?
In addition I have extra 1 GB data apart from monthly rental and why you have not deducted from extra 1 GB

You have to explain me why you are charging?
Explain on what basis you have taken that Over-usage freebies, you have charged me but you are not able to explain how you charged??
