Very unethical & low standards of talking. I am a idea customer for last 5 years but they way this incident happened with me, I don't want to be with Idea anymore, The person from this number [protected] called for payment, I already informed 1 day back don't call me I am outside the town, i will come & pay. But they kept disturbing & saying this is their duty.
What type of duty is this where they do not understand the way of talking & situations . On saying not to call they feel we are insulting & without understanding any values they use abusing language.
What is this?? There is no moral values, no proper way of handling, no proper training of how to deal. Does idea train them this way to talk?? such low standards Was this information helpful? |
