[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — complained against idea cellular limited

That I am MAHIPAL SINGH SAHARAN and your Idea customer from last two years to continuously;my mobile no.[protected]. From last year I am completely disappointed from your bad services. I complained against my such type of problems to Idea customer care and many such idea stores of my nearby located in Gurgaon city . Haryana (122001) . But now they reached very high in my knowledge . And now (1)st I want to complained against our idea service provider manager, who is completely responsible for this and who is not solving my last complained of dec 13th, 2014, that I have not received good signals or network of idea connection . and without solving my problem they refused or closed my complained on 17th December, 2014, How many such same types of problems that i was facing from last one year . i want to strong action with this type of service provider. 2nd I didn`t receive my original idea bill from last 8th months may be they delivered my idea bill to unauthorized person. so many times I remind them about my problems. 3rd I applied to make correction in my name and address so many times but they didn`t take it seriously till now.
