Hi,
I am using this number [protected]. Idea service provider.
After the launch of reliance jio sim...
We are facing problems in 2g data of idea... Without open any application... The 2 to 3 mb used showing how is it possible if the apps are just opening... And after that the amount deducted from the main balance when i opened my app on my mobile..... Last night rs 35 deducted from my balance without confirm anything... Facing problem from last month.. And now today i used the code *369*50# 5 rs recharge for internet... But when i checked they deducted 10 rs and given 60 mb...
I want back my deducted amount and i have not subscribe anything...

At last signal is very poor...
Please check the location
Near d. A. V pubic school tiara tehsil and district kangra
Please install a tower... It is almost 1000 to 1500 peoples facing problem of poor signal...

Your local executive visited on 17th october at my location ...they had tried to sort it out from their tower location at rajol ...I appreciate the efforts ...but the main concern is now that if you install a tower nearby the location at tiara so we can get proper services of idea ...kindly visited with your sales person ...as if you are looking at the location area is too large from tiara to salol ...and the population round about 3000 to 5000 ...because when you are moving from tiara to salol side ...signal frequency is zero ...IF YOU CONTACT FOR A TOWER LOCATION THEN CALL ON -[protected]

I have given request to port my idea sim to Jio network, , today it's 14th day of my port request, , still idea sim is not letting me to go, that is idea is not deactivate my sim so kindly take action against that..

Idea Cellular data charges billing is not transparent. even if you have a plan, they charge per MB and it becomes a phenomenal amount. I have experienced this couple of times and have since stopped using Idea for data
