Idea Cellular — complaint against customer agent

sir my name is gangadhar.mobile number [protected] i am an idea customer since 10years today i called to our customer care number due to the cutting of my balance one of our customer agent named kalyan had misleaded me and when i am calling to our customer care number it responds that they are busy every time he kept my number in auto reject so then whom should i call for queries
