[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Complaint against Idea cellular pvt. ltd.

Recently requested for transfer of my Idea number from postpaid to Idea prepaid. My request for above was forwarded by Idea Gallery (located in Vasai west, pin: 401202) on 28th December, 2016. But the request was denied by the Idea back-end / customer care representative, giving the silly reason of technical problem, & further asked me to re-forward the same request through the same Idea Gallery (office). My same request was forwarded twice on 03rd Jan, 2017. Pertaining to this, I received a call from Idea back-end / customer care representative on 04th Jan, 2017 for my confirmation on the above request. I confirmed the said request and pled to transfer/ convert my Idea number from Postpaid to Prepaid at the earliest. Later, the same day (ie. on 04th Jan, 2017) at 1:00pm, my Idea postpaid number showed no service/ Emergency calls only on my mobile, which obviously meant that I am ready to use the new Idea prepaid SIM. So, I changed this postpaid SIM to the new idea prepaid SIM in my mobile, but the services were not activated (it showed 'No service'). Today is 05th Jan, 2017 and still the message 'No service' is shown on my mobile for the new Idea SIM. It's totally unfair to not have any Idea network/ service/ signals received / activated on my new SIM or temporary signals on my Idea postpaid SIM.
My complaints against IDEA CELLULAR are 'Why was the connection to the new prepaid SIM not activated when the service of my Idea Postpaid network was deactivated/ disconnected ? How can a customer be without a phone connection/ service ? And, why it wasn't informed to me of such deactivation of Idea services from both postpaid & prepaid SIMs same time? If service of postpaid SIM were deactivated then the service of prepaid SIM has to be activated. If the process of transfer from postpaid to prepaid takes time, then this process should have been internal (within IDEA team), why are the customers made to suffer like this? Isn't there any strict procedures of IDEA CELLULAR ?

Need help on this against the irresponsibility of IDEA CELLULAR.
