Idea Cellular — complaint against internet charges

my no. is [protected] i have taken a plan of 399 with 1GB data. but after my consumption of available data when it will finish my Internet data it will stop and not open my webpage i have contact to you many time 18th jan. and 19th jan 3 time and registered a complaint for internet but now my bill is exceed the limit. and you imposed the unfair amount in my account. please sir take it serious and observe it properly.
