[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Complaint against Malad West Mumbai Idea Gallery & Customer care supervisor Swapnil Dafne

Hello All, Today i just bought micro sim card for my new mobile phone from your Idea Gallery Malad west near station and was assured by the team that the number would resume within 2 hours. I am again and again switching off and ON my cell phone assuming this would start in sometime and now its night the number didnt get started. Now when i called your customer care i am being given reason that the number behind sim card dont match the actual records given by the gallery and am told to visit the gallery again to change the sim card. This is really pathethic why should i go to the gallery to change my sim card when the mistake is from your side. You just match the number take it from the gallery and start my card or number. Why shud i take the pain to go to station again and take the sim card. its your fault you rectify from your end . !st of all you dont have xerox machine in malad branch and ask customers to run for id proof xerox with no courtesy and rude language. And yu are asking me to go to the gallery to change the simcard when there is no fault of mine. All fault is yours you shud coordinate with your team and get the number started. Your customer care executives have no knowledge and sense of what they are talking Mr Vitthal who donno wat shud he talk to the customers when told of disconnecting the connection agreed to disconnect and Mt swapnil Dafne acting as floor supervisor have no sense of talking to the customers. they dont even have logic of wat is going on for customers. Now i am going pune for a week and i asked Mr swapnil for nearest gallery open on sundays whereas i stay in malad . he started giving me address of dombivali and kalyan gallery which are open on sundays. Why shud i go to Dombivali and Kalyan branch when there is no fault of mine.You shud feed my sim number in your system right. My question is when your records say that i have come in morning for request on micro sim card and i am giving you correct sim card number why cant you put that simcard number in your system and start the number.Why are you telling me to go to the gallery again and take new sim card. You are just harrasing the customers by doing this. Card no:-[protected] Sim card copy Attached in email. I have 4 idea nos with me and all are active from 2006 and now from this behaviour of your staff i wish to disconnect all the numbers from your service provider. Really this is pathethic service from idea spoiling name of aditya birla. Will share this feedback and call recording of your company in social network and media if i dont get the revert for this issue. I wont go to idea gallery to collect the simcard nor would i pay bills henceforth if the issue dont get resolved. With this email i would mark my lawyer and this would be officially circulated to all the government and judicial officials and this is in regards to none payment of bill of idea henceforth if the issue dont get resolved without changing the simcard as this simcard is charged by idea.I have spent 75 Rs of Rickshaw and 25 Rs of Simcard Total loss of 100 Rs. Plus i am going out of Mumbai Tomorrow morning and would return next week. I would lose my deals if the simcard wont work i would mark this to the officials for the loss being occured to me and my business and would fine a penalty in lakhs as demanded by me.
