[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Complaint customer care

I am trying to contact customer care since last 3 hrs but there is no response! Just the idea tune gets played continously!

I need to speak to the idea customer care office so that i can get the plans changed!! But no one is giving response from there side! Its urgent
