Idea Cellular — complaint regarding close the idea no [protected] mumbai

I i have an idea postpaid no [protected] and i moved from mumbai 15 days before. I request idea store manager to close my no and he told me that u have to file an online complaint to close ur no. Is it true that i have to sublit an online application to close my no. Tell me the proceedure.
