Idea Cellular — Complaint related to request for vas deactivation - idc1- [protected] | |||
I am writing this email since i had a call from Idea toll free number explaining some Miss call facility. Wherein i had activated this service during the call itself as per instruction from the caller, but during call end it became very clear to be that i had to pay some amount of 250 to use this facility instead of 360 . I was under the impression that i did not have to pay any charges.. On same call i requested to deactivate this facility which was told to be not possible . And was told to call 198 number to do so. When i called 198 to deactivate service was conveyed that i had to pay 250 Rs compulsory even the time to activate and deactivate the facility is less than a minute. As per "Company" policy. This is really weird. I have not utilized the service even for a single minute and still been informed that i had to pay 250 during next bill. saying Company policy. I was expecting that the person who have called me to activate service must have facility to rollback the service in the same call at least. Later a got reply saying that your request is rejected ... That means i have to paying 250 rs .. disgusting reply...from Idea Was this information helpful? | |||
