[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Counterfeiting of idea postpaid bill | |||||
On behalf of my wife triveni v, i am anil kumar j raising this complaint. We received idea post paid bill for 01-apr-2017 to 30-apr-2017 for mobile no. [protected], Which was counterfeited with an amount of rs 720/-. When we see itemized bill that says on 08-apr-17 13:36:03pm call has gone to no 055555 total 120 minutes which costs rs 720/-. Which is not possible because the number 0555555 is not a valid number to dial!, i tried calling the same number once again from that phone and from other phones too (Isd activated). If no phone could call to this number. But how idea generated bill on this. My questions 1. I tried calling to no 0555555 (From many other phone) also it said "it is not a valid no" why? 2.in case wrongly dialled by miss touch, why 2 hrs it took? Destination costumer must be ended call within one or two minute if no voice heard. 3. If it has to be paid, can you produce us the recorded call from server? We spoke to customer care executives but as they could not understand the logic behind this counterfeit and simply said "pay the bill". I fed up with this issue since from last month. I am not paying the bill until it gets resolved. I think i would discontinue other 3 connections very soon... : (. Please help me in this issue.
