Informing you that i am using idea sim contact no. [protected] & [protected]. Currently i am in italy, reached italy on 3rd may 2016 and will stay for three months for official projects... Before coming i had confirmed from customer care that my international roaming services has been activated and there will be no charge for that instead there will be charge of incoming, outgoing and data usage...
After reaching to italy... Immediate on second day i. E. On 4th may i had purchased local sim of vodafone and using for isd calls and internet data...
I am having wi-fi service in my hotel too so never used the idea services in italy for incoming, outgoing and even for internet data...
Suddenly i got the sms from idea that my credit limit is exceeded by 9800 inr and my services has been barred on both the contact nos.
I had send a complaint to idea customer care 4~5 times through mail but didn't get support and as per idea i have to pay amount of 9000 rs. Then my services will be restored.
My family is in india and was using sim [protected]. Now as the services had been barred. I am not able to contact my family...
My family is suffering to unable to contact me.
Requesting you to please look into this issue... I will not pay the amount until i will get the clear clarification. There must be something wrong with my bill... I cant see my bill break up...

As per Idea I have to wait upto the Bill Generation or I have to Pay the 70% Amount.
It means since 4 days I am already suffering and further one week I have to wait as my Bill Generation Date is 27th May and I will not pay because I didnt utlilize this much credit from Idea. There is something wrong with the Bill.
How can it exceded to 10, 000 INR. in just 15 days...
Idea is just trying to make me fool and the thing is Idea wants to get money now...Don't they realise How much me and my Family is suffering.
From Italy I am not able to contact Idea Customer care by Call and even cant able to check my bil break up through my Account. I have written them every time but they are not able to understand..
Idea Must have the option to give My Bill Break up before the Due Date also.
Its just disgusting to receive the same comment from Idea always without getting any support.
