Dear Sir Sub: Disconnection of our CUG connection in the name of Piya Enterprises. The Details of CUG Connection: Name: Piya Enterprises 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] 5. [protected] 6. [protected] My inconvenience is:  As per the information from our side we have told the Sales Executive to set a limit for each connection as Rs 500/- which he agreed.  We are not been supported by any bills through post or by mail.  As being a CUG connection after the limit exceeds an alert call from customer care or msg has to be received, No Such calls or msg received.  We have opted for 2G plan and now the Manager is telling it had automatically changed to 3G for one User [ How come 2G plan changed to 3G plan without our intimation ] Last month one of our CUG connections was having a bill amount of Rs 7792/- After barring of our numbers also the message are coming as we are using internet connections on daily basics.
