I pursued my idea website on laptop and raised 3 request to correct my email address which was filled in wrong by customer care executive, to activate DND and to change my postpaid plan. And it stated me that its processing but i didnt recieved any confirmation message for my request. In 1 month I checked thrice but it was stated that request was still processing. Finally I called customer care and the executive told me there was no request raised from my end, I demanded to speak to the senior and then my call was answered by his senior executive and he told that there is no request for my number and if I had to get my plan changed then I should have called customer helpline rather trying online, so for that I just wanted to know why the Idea company is publicising their online site to the customers to make any changes, so I asked that executive to pass the call to his senior and his senior answered the call and said there was only one request raised from my end which was for DND. Then after few minutes of my explaination he came up with the second request for email update and said that due to there fault it was cancelled without changing the email address for which he apologised and said there were only 2 requests on my number where as simoultaneously the other two executives misguided me with the false information earlier and exploited my rights. Afterwards the last executive said he will raise a complaint and I agreed for that. After two days I call again to check the status of the complaint and the executive whom I spoke to informed that there is no complaint on my number.
The customer care has mishandled the issue and has violated their customer-executive relation policy by exploiting with false information and misguiding the customer about their services and there was a complete irresponsible behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
