[Resolved] Idea Cellular — customer care is so bad

I had called idea customer care and i told them that my internet connection speed is too low but they didn't solved it.
And then i called them agin that they didn't recognize my voice but when i called others they can leason me very properly and i also tried for 3 times to contact customer care service.
I am so upset they didn't respond to my problem
