Today I called in Idea (198) complaint care to register my complaint about data pack. I got very bad reply which I never expected. They are not ready to listen what I am saying. The language he used with me is like a stranger. My data pack is on and still it is showing 231.69 MB data is left but balance is also deducted at the same time. I wasted my near about 90 Rs due bad service of IDEA. "I need my originating balance of the day back." NOT satisfied with IDEA. Guys, Please choose good operator, otherwise you will have to also feel regret.
