I am receiving class 0 message about carrier info and data notification every half an hour. I contacted customer care 12345 and 198. They told me to send message as stop to 593350. I also tried *121*46# and *121*4*1# to stop the class 0 message, as per customer care's suggestion. Instead of stopping, now the frequency of class 0 message on my card is increased. This is extremely disgusting. I tried customer care, now they aren't picking up the calls. I have recorded call where how the idea general information misguides you from not receiving call to falsely activating a service you are not at all interested in. Moreover the problem i am facing, the class 0 message has became even more serious. It is coming way too frequently. Every half an hour...
