I have been recharged for rs.99/- to get 1gb data for 28 days on 16.09.2017.
The validity extends but the data not credited.
The previous recharge ends only on 17.09.2017. The balance on the previous recharge is in credit now. The new 1gb is not added to the previous balance even if i recharged before the expiry of the previous recharge.
I called the customer care executive on 23.09.2017 to register the complaint. But the response was not positive. She does not even give any attention to listen my complaint properly. Was this information helpful? |
