[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Data pack lapsed | |||||
I have recharged my 2g data pack of rs.125/- on 04/07/16 On same day my father accidentally recharged rs.125/-. this pack was activated mistakenly by my fatherwhi was recharging another no. But unfortunately he entered the wrong no. so the rs.125/- pack benefits were credited in my account which was loss as my first recharge lapsed) I was unaware of data being lapsed. when spoken to customer care they told me about the lapse of data. Its not the matter of rs.125/- loss for me. Being such a reputed company we don't expect loopholes in your system. It seems that i have the rights of a person who is using a 3g pack of 1200 or 1800 rs. If i do a net pack recharge of barely 20 rs on his account will lapse his netpack balance. What a system? What assurance do you give me that next time when i do a netpack recharge the pack won't be lapsed. The trust level has decreased and i don't feel to recharge a datapack again.
