[Resolved] Idea Cellular — data pro rotation charges

I have been charged 700 rupees for completion of my postpaid bill. As i enquired in nearest idea executive centre i was informed that i applied for pro rotation data pack which i did not request for. I did not used any other data rather than my regular data pack of 20 gb. So please get me solved. When i enquired at nearest executive centre they said me to send a mail regarding the issue. But it seems hopeless as i am unable to get the reply email.
