[Resolved] Idea Cellular — De Activatino Charges

I requested Idea to convert my postpaid account no prepaid for [protected] but they are denying doing this. They are saying I have to pay the plan cost. My plan was Postpaid Plan Easy 998 2 yrs - NEW.. Now its the time for the re newal and I asked to close this as i want to convert postpaid into prepaid but they are asking me to pay rs. 998 otherwise it will not be done. My concern is I dont want to use it then why i should pay. i registered the written complaint no is SR# C1-[protected] which they have closed without resolving. Here I want justice against these people because they are not doing the required action and resolving my issue. Kindly help Thanks n Regards, Deepak Rawal [protected]
