Hi.
This is Deepak Chouhan . the idea cellular deactivate my mother's mobile number which one she used from last 10- 12 year approx without any resone or any information, when we reched out our near idea office the told us this number is deactivet & now it issue to someone other person .& they done rudly bhaviour with my mother. she was used this number daily outgoing & incoming calls or also used internet service she was also balance appx 210 & net rechage on it .then how they could deactivet this number without any information, plz do needful in this matter .i saw many comlaints abt same matter for idea ... Thank u
