[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deducting bal and data

I recharged my idea no. [protected] with amount of 249 on 28/09/2017 but without using data they deduct all my data and i contact idea store and contact customer care but no one explain me why they deduct my data. Today i recharge 2 times on my same number with rs 10 topup but i got only 0.97 rs both times
