I got message from 51998 number on 13.08.2020 at 4:34:39 pm and got another message at 4:34:40 of Rs 8 deducted from my balance. I am not interested your service. So deactivate service in my number [protected].
My handset is not smartphone and hence i did not even open that link.
I called at the customer care no. at 4:51 pm but the lady (customer care executive) who received my call told that i activated that service and after telling her about my handset she was just continuously saying that it is my mistake that i have activated that service. And then she started saying to port no. or to complaint on online sites. So what are they useful for if they are not ready to help?
Such an unethical and disgusting behavior from the executives and more on after that call no one is receiving my call although i called more than 5 times. This is done deliberately.
I want my 8 rs to be refunded.
Stop and Deactivate the service from 51998 on my number which i have not even activated.
So kindly refund my balance Otherwise will approach Consumer Forum for cheating your customer.
