[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deduction from debit card and account bank balance but benefit not received

I am doing 459rs data pack from idea app but after selection of recharge i choose option upi for payment.. After upi it gives me option for enter vpa i entered vpa then it gives me requested for money message for approve or reject payment.. I am selecting an option approve using my upi app. Then my 459rs deduct from my account but benefit of 459rs on my number not recieve... Please check and refund my amount... My upi ref no[protected] for this transaction.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, there's no such recharge credited in your account. Hence, we request you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
