On my number i am not purchasing game all or things but my account was deduction vas from no 53010
I will call the consumer care no 198 also but he told your account have no any subscription
Plzz solve my account charges rs 10 on a month two times
What is this idea
Plzz solve early
Ither i will change the sim card because i want offers not deduction of my balance

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that you've been charged for WAP service for the given number. Hence, we request you to send a SMS as STOP to 593350 to

stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate
