I have opted for rs 398 valid till 07th april with ul plan and data of 1 gb/day.
The complaint i want to bring it to the knowledge, has been occurring with me for the second time..
Earlier there was a deduction of rs 35 from my account in feb and reason given was some activation charges which was never asked by me. On enquiry the matter was presented as if i am the one who has asked for it and moreover i also gave a confirmation on it which was not true... The services was deactivated immediately after that.. I had specifically mentioned bout my lack of interest in any other activation.
Now this month again i see a deduction of rs 100 from my balance and reason i get is i have downloaded some third party data. My net access is restricted to me and i am very much sure what is happening in my mobile and that is reason why i pointed out the deduction matter without any delay.
Here too again i dont get any messages about any usage just the balance i see reduced by rs 100/. I would like you to take a serious note on this issue. Its not the value but the trust i loose in the system. I want the amount back in my account and would like you to check into the service if somethings needs rectification at your end.
