Today i got msg of activation of LDR service and deduction of 75/-from my balance.
I even dont know what is LDR
I kindly reqest you pls look in this matter .
I talked to customer care but I was not satiesfied by his explanation

I reqest You pls refund my balance .

I did not request for it and even i dont know what it is. I sent message asking to deactivate service as mentioned in message. Hence i request you to refund the money deducted.

Sir/ ma'am, I am Akshay gade mob no-[protected]. I haven't subscribed for any LDR service. But today i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before activation of LDR my balance was 100 rupees. But now 35 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service.
