[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deduction of balance without availing any service | |
Today (August 03) evening, i have been deducted rs.8 from my balance without activating or using any service. When i called the idea customer care the coustomer care representative who attention the call give me lame excuse and was not even willing to register my complaint. I asked him to register my complaint but he said i have been charged rs8 for some service which i have never done. Was this information helpful? | |
