[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deduction of money without my permission | |
I received a message from 51998 (Jammu and Kashmir main branch) stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and i want refund.Basically this is happening for the third time they have charged rs 10 i m just disappointed and frustrated with the company idea😐. They have charged me rs30 in total. I please do help me.
