Idea Cellular — Deduction of sms charge and insufficiency network | |
My self siva.my number is [protected].I sent an sms to this no [protected].in my inbox saying failed but idea cellular deducted the charge.It was happened 3 times.I immediately called to the customer care.I waited more than 25 minutes but I was unable to speak customer care manager they taken 50paisa for 3 minutes from my account. Same time they are giving advertisement.I sent mail also.the mail id was wrong which is given by idea.why they are cheating customers?
