[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — deduction on my balance unevenly

Dear team,

I have continuously having issue of continuous deduction of my account balance from my idea number ([protected]).
Many times i tried to put complain about same issue on idea by telephonic call support, but they haven't received my call in customer support and also in complain support.

The service was very bad.
