[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deduction on VAS

Hi,

Today I did recharge of rs 50 in mail balance of IDEA but all money got deducted with 5 minutes, i got msg about activation of 3 services, these IDEA peoples are cheating customers automatically money gets deduct, I tried to customer care but no one is picking call, These peoples are fraud they make money by deductions from our account. In Pune there is no network for 4G and they have given recharge option for 4G recharge.
Please look in to this I haven't started any VALUE ADDED SERVICES but IDEA deducted 47rs.

On 16.10.2016 I recharged my phone no. [protected] with amount of Rs. 100. It was deducted from my account but my phone balance remained same. LOOK INTO THE MATTER
