[Resolved] Idea Cellular — deductions done for replacing a faulty sim card

The sim card that i use suddenly stopped reading. So i take it to the idea outlet and ask them to check it out and they get it replaced straight away.
Which was all good till deductions were done from the mobile talktime, and if contacted the customer service at around 12p. M. The telle caller promises to refund the deductions but now when i tried calling the same customer service i don't know who is on the line he speaks rudely which is not acceptable. I need to know whether say this problem occurs again a new sim card will be issued and charged again.
