Hello,
I am Ashok Kumar Jangir ( [protected]) making this complaint against idea on Defamation & loss as per the Act 499 or 500 IPC (Defamation) and act 420 IPC (cheating & loss in business ).

I have all the records to file a case againt idea network in terms of loss of my contact no., poor services and the worst part which i recorded in cellphone is calling on my contacts and saying that you'll have to pay the bill b'cause " the user(i ashok kumar jangir) inki aukaat nhi h bill bharne ki aur unhone aapka no. diya h hume aapko bill bharna hoga" said by some of your recovery department member without any prior information and in such cheap language.

as i was an idea postpaid customer and its been more than two months in which i am not able to use my mobile no due to billing issue.

i tried every possible way (including telephonic, mail and at local store) to connect with any responsible person who can assist and solve my issue but wot i found that everywhere in Ahmadabad your representatives are poor at communication and very unprofessional with dealing and getting things done.

I know how and why my bill has generated that much bill so i don't want know the details, i am done with the applications not its time to take serious action that why i am writing this to you.

Even i have call recordings to share but there is no option to attach audio clip anyways,

1. Mail Dated : 6 Jan. 2016

I was a postpaid costumer of Jaipur, Rajasthan circle and few months back I moved to Ahmedabad, Gujarat and now i became Gujarat cycle costumer.
I don't know how my bill is generating very high without any prior information like notice or alerts, your service is responsible for this much of bill generation that’s why I am not paying the whole bill of this month because it too much for me and it's totally unwanted bill. even I spoke to both the costumer care line and local store too but none of them taking any action positively and I am hopeless now with idea services, I don't think I’ll be able to continue my this no. because of your service, already i had so much of loss with such service.
very unprofessional way of working of idea costumer care.

kindly check my previous billing details and consider my application as i had suffered a lot with idea services, i'll be able to afford maximum 1000 INR to continue the service, please try to consider and begin the journey.

A kind request to you please look over the issue so that I can continue my journey with idea.
