[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Delay in Activation of my number [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam

The number [protected] is using by me since six years under the company rolls ( CUG group ) now i have left the company and requested the company to give NOC to convert into my personal number, the company accepted and issued the NOC for the same i have submitted all relevant documents including NOC on 18.03.2017 to convert into my personal number. Since one week i am following with the idea executive for the activation of my mobile number [protected], every day he was telling that by evening your mobile number will be activated, but till date it has not been activated .

Since i am using this number for the past six years all my personal correspondence is linked to this number.

Kindly look into and do the needful at the earliest.
