[Resolved] Idea Cellular — disappointed from customer service

On 2nd of May I had applied for post to prepaid scheme from conaught place customer care centre Dehradun after clearing my all dues but the scheme has not been started yet. Rather the bill is increasing month by month though the sim is deactivated.I m very much dissapointed from customer service in centre Who are only giving the assurance but not working on it.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Hello!As per details checked and found, number is temporarily disconnected. Also we have taken complaint regarding the same under C1-[protected] ref no. Be assured an update will be shared as on 23/8/2017.
