[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Disconnecting the service even when payment is done | |||
We have two connections of Idea and we have paid the bill amount through Bank transaction dated 02/02/17. Transaction ID's are 63461527 for Rs.293/- and 63461526 for Rs.1104/-.Transaction amounts have reached Idea account on 02/02/17 but on 06/02/17 they have disconnected my mobiles.At the moment I am on tour, and I am completely handicapped without any means of communication. My office staff has gone to their gallery and shown the transaction date and ID but they are not accepting it and says it will take 4 days to rectify their mistake.
