[Resolved] Idea Cellular — disconnection of service without customer's fault | |||
Dear Sir, In reference of below mail, on 22 August i request for my data plan change to 199 unlimited data plan and a confirmation mail and sms i received but on 25th august they changed my plan to base plan without any information/permission. now data charges raised to 700/- without any my fault. yesterday i called to customer care and talked to 3-4 person last i talked to Mr. Vijay near about 40 minutes communication id he gave me that is C1-[protected]. he told me that we an't help you right now but after bill generate will be try to adjust this amount bcoz this is not your fault, and 199 unlimited pack reactivate request has been taken. but today they disconnect the data service from my mobile and std service bcoz of credit limit. This is kind request you tell me the where is my fault, amount reached the credit limit bcoz of data usage where plan changed by idea without my permission. i called customer care no. of times but all in vain. take the necessary action and resume my idea no. service immediately.
