I have a postpaid connection with a primary and a secondary number.
I checked the bills today and found out that on the secondary number - [protected], usage charges of 140 (Blue lima) has been added without any intimation. And this charge has been added continuously for all the subsequent bills since july 2019.
Please note i have not used any third party application where blue lima subscription got activated (Thoroughly checked). These are getting deducted automatically every week in a month.
Details below are the bill cycles and the usage charges -
14 jul - 13 aug 2019 = rs 140
14 aug - 13 sept 2019 = rs 175
14 sept - 13 oct 2019 = rs 140
14 oct - 13 nov 2019 = rs 140
14 nov - 13 dec = rs 140
14 dec 2019 - 13 jan 2020 = rs 175
14 jan - 13 feb 2020 = rs 140
14 feb - 13 mar 2020 = rs 140
14 mar - 13 apr 2020 = rs 175
14 apr - 13 may 2020 = rs 140
14 may - 13 june 2020 = rs 175
14 june - 13 july 2020 = rs 140
Kindly review this and generate me a new outstanding bill. Also, please refund the blue lima amounts that have been deducted as per above mentioned cycles or settle these amounts in current bill and generate one outstanding bill, and also cancel any such subscriptions on my account if they are reflected.
