Idea Cellular — Distributor has misplaced my ID(documents required to buy a connection) | |||
Dear Sir, I bought the idea prepaid sim ( [protected]) on 22nd Dec. My sim is still not activated (bought on 22/12/14). Your distributor SK Enterprises (Mr. Kaushal Gupta, Sector 41) has lost my Photo id and addresss proof and photograph, which I have submitted to them with the CAF form as per the rule. Please revert where my ids are and what about my sim activation. Your distributor has done the same with one of my known friend. please revert asap and return my ids, I do not want any mis use of it. I expect a reply from you first. It is not about one customer only, it is about the image of the company. The way your distributor are treating with customers, it is creating bad word of mouth for the IDEA. This has to be addresses seriously, else I have to go for further actions.
