[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Documents not submitted by Idea store executive for SIM activation | |||||
I had bought the SIM card on Thursday 2nd February 2017 7:00 PM but it not activated as of 6th February 2017 7:00 PM. I was told by Idea store executive that SIM will be activated by 3rd February 2017 8:30 PM. When I call Idea customer care then I get response that documents are not submitted. When I go to Idea store, the executive says he has submitted the documents. After going to couple of times to Idea store, executive is ignoring my phone calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
