[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — excess billing not as per plan given frequent changes of rental

Dear concern,
31st january 2018 i have ported from airtel post paid to idea postpaid,
When i have taken plan was 799 with one add on child number. But when i received the bill the amount was generated for 1356.00, this has been informed to
Customer care and local idea zonal office.
The local zonal office people are so reluctant, they behaved with me and my colleague very rude.

The head of the people not understand the problem and giving wrong promises. They stopped lifting my telephone calls.

I frustrated with the people and asking consumer form to resolve this issue.

I am very disappointed with Idea internet.
In 4G Lte mode I even don’t get simple 2G speed. Worst internet connection with infinite buffering.

Idea cellular, four time without my concern plan has been changed, in fear of excess rental two times I had got it changed through my APP.

You check the history completely and write the resolution properly, simply escaping will not satisfy the customer.

See other cellular people resolving the issues, Always customer is very important, one customer can tell 10 people about the problem you created.

I am completely disappointed by seeing you reply, it just to escaping from the problem not the resolution.

Check the history completely and provide waiver to me urgently.
