[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — excess billing / vas service activated without consent

Hello,

I have been using mobile no. [protected] since last 9 years as idea's priority customer. Presently i am opted for idea 499 plan & the same was activated since last 6-7 months.
Since july 2017 some vas services are activated by the idea it self without taking my consent. The same has deactivated by me sending sms as per the message confirmation recived by me.in below table i am
Giving you the details.
In the month of oct.& november below is activated by your self without taking my concent.
Plan service activ. Dt/ service activ. Time/service cancel. Dt by msg/ service cancel. Time by msg
Combo plus[protected] 9.51 [protected] 9.52
Fashinz [protected] 13.12 [protected].12
I have send couple of mails on this issues & called your customer executive but there is no resolution.
I have paid my bill before due date as per my plan & still my services are bared by idea for non payment of services which i have never opted & even though it is activated by yourself without taking my concent it is immedaitely deactivated by me sending message to 155223 & it is shown in the above table.

I have shown these messages to your idea gallery executive & he had sent the request for cancelaltion. But the same is rejected by idea.

Now my services is barred & harrasing me by calling & sendign messages for making the over due payment for the services which i have never opted. I have been making payment as per my plan regularly before due date. I have entire log sheet for the communiaction sent to idea. You show me any request made by me for opting these services.
On receipt of this mail requesting you to give me reversal of excess amount charged for the above 2 vas services which i have never opted & activate my mobile service immedaitely.

Idea has not resolved the case & closed directly without giving justified / satisfied the reason. I have spoked to them but they are very adament & giving the typical / recorded answers by mails. They are claiming that they are perfect in Documentation then why they are not providing the communication received from my Mobile for activation of any VAS services.
Secondly how they can charge me the rent for the period they have barred my all Incoming / Outgoing & Data Services when there is no mistake from my side.
