Idea Cellular — Excessive charges for unused internet

Hi, I got IDEA post paid bill with some extra charges. I haven't use the internet in my mobile. But they charged about Rs.2300 for internet charges only. I called customer care for couple of times. They didn't respond properly. And finally I stopped using that number. Now they sent a legal notice for not paying the bill. I told them that I am ready to pay the amount for which I really used.
