[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Executives not providing options to customers

I am using IDEA Post paid connection but I want to convert it into Prepaid, So as per customer care I have to visit at IDEA Service Center to fill Form for legal formality. I have visited two centers Mohan Nagar and Aarya Nagar, Ghaziabad but at both location the Systems was not working but my Bill cycle is 23rd to 22nd so it is must to convert it today, but again after asking any solution from customer care they was not able to give any solution to me. Now my request that please stop my mobile number -[protected] now and mail my final Invoice on registered mail ID, so I can submit it. Naresh Kumar Jayent
